Tonight I did Chest, Shoulder, Triceps and Ab Ripper X! I really felt the burn! It was so great to be pushing through that workout, bringing all those muscles to near exhaustion! You know your are burnt when you do a push-up and almost land smack on your face because your arms are so tired they can not hold you up a second longer!
Sometimes a break is so needed to come back stronger! My body is thanking me, and now I am ready to give it my all for the last 60 days or so of the X!
Now off to have some much needed recovery drink with a dash of glutamine! Try and head off that soreness before it starts!
