I also think I am beginning to have a love/hate relationship with the turbo resistance band. How can a big rubber band that I put around my ankles make my butt/thighs burn so much???? So ever leg lift, jump,... I do with that band on all I keep saying is- But, it will give you those thighs you want to be sporting this summer in that bikini! I repeat over and over until Chalene says, ok you can take that band off!
Ok, so pushed through and felt better. I think once I finally finished and wiped all the sweat off me, I felt a little better anyway!
But, now I'm thinking I need a good massage to get the knots out of my back!
I have to say, I take the P90X Recovery Drink after all my Chalean Extreme workouts. I really think that with a little glutamine in it helps me from being totally sore! Tomorrow is Lean Circuit 3, and after doing bi's and tri's, shoulders and back, I'm thinking this workout will be a lot of lower body! Do my legs ever get a rest?
