My good friend and fellow coach is getting a group workout for Saturday to do P90X in Milwaukee, WI!  If you were on the fence about trying this program and wondering if it really works and are going to be in the area, I say go meet up with Kevin!  Tell him Heather sent ya!

Many of you have already heard of P90X, the workout program from the infomercial where people get in the best shape of their life in 90 days.  You may not know, however, that I first tried it back in 2005.

I lost about 14 pounds and got in great shape- really for the first time ever.  At age 39 I was in better shape than when I was in high school!  My first-hand results made me such a believer that I decided to become a beachbody coach.

 

Do it with me!
With my wedding coming up this fall, it's time for me to do another round of "The X". 

If you have been hearing about P90X or thinking about trying it, get off the fence do it with me this summer!  

I'm putting together a group to start P90X on May 29th.  Everyone is invited- male or female, in shape or still getting there!   

Most workouts will be done at your home, with communication via email and message boards.  But for those of you in Milwaukee, we will be getting together for live group workouts on Saturday mornings.  

Group what?!
I was going to call it P90X Live, Plyometrics in the Park, or Saturday Sweat.  But I think I'm going to keep it simple. We'll call it Group X- because I know you've always wondered what group X would be like!  ;-)

If you want in, here's what you need to do:

1. Go to:www.milliondollarbody.com/whywait

 or stop by my website at http://www.TheFitnessSpot.net

2. Click the Green 'Shop for Products' button under the video.*  You want to order soon so it comes in time for the May 29th start date.

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to click on "P90X^® Extreme Training System."

IMPORTANT: Do not order P90X+, that is a different program.

The cost is $119.85 for the program.  Coaching and group workouts are free.  (Email me at HeatherB@BeachbodyCoach.com if you'd like to earn a 25% discount by becoming a coach on my team) 

4. Email Kevin at Kevin@TheFitDoc.com to let him know you are into Group X with us.  I'll get you details about the message boards and when and where to meet. 

If you want to get in better shape but aren't quite ready for an extreme program like P90X email me and we can find a program for you.  You can still join us by doing one of several other fitness programs like Ten-Minute Trainer, Power 90, or Turbo Jam.

* If you already own P90X, email Kevin to let him know and to get details on group workouts and message boards.  

* If you already have a Team Beachbody Coach, you should stick with him or her, but are welcome to still workout with our group! 

* If you don't have a coach already I'll tell you how to get connected with me and the P90X community.  

There's still time to get in the shape of your life by mid summer.
