About Me

A little about me. In my normal life, I am a civil engineer who sits behind a desk everyday. I got married to my wonderful husband in 2006. Since meeting him and our many days of eating out and less working out, my weight started to creep up. In August 2007 my girlfriend wanted to get back in shape after her pregnancy. She talked me into running weekly with her. I agreed, and this began my plan to get my body back in shape. I wanted to add some additional workouts to my run, so I pulled out my old Slim in 6 videos. At the same time, I re-found the online message boards at Beachbody where I meet a lot of great people who kept me committed to my fitness goals. I also found a great coach who was there everyday to help me stay on track! Today, I'm still working to sculpt my body and get it into the best shape ever. As I have progressed through my body's transition, I decided to become an Independent Beachbody Coach to help others reach their fitness goals! I realized it was easier then I thought, and I really believe others can change their lives too!

Slim in 6, Rapid Results program

I keep hearing people ask about Slim in 6 and does it work!  Yes Yes Yes.

I began my adventure with SN6, you can actually read my SN6 story as one of my first blog posts from last month.  I started on a whim, so I never had day 1 measurements, photos- yes very bad me.  But, I did finally take all that down in week 2.  From week 2 to the end, I lost 8 lbs and I think 15 inches!  In 42 days!  It was incredible the results.  I felt my endurance improve, I was running faster, I lost 1 pants size in that time.  I was also just learning the program.  I was not really on the clean eating kick.  I know if my diet would have been better, the results would have been better.  But, I loved my results of Slim in 6.  I highly recommend this to anyone looking to lose weight!

I also hear this saying a lot.  Well, if I follow the program, it says to do the same workout (Burn it up) everyday for 4 weeks.  I know I will get bored and quit.

Ok, so it's the same workout for 4 weeks.  Think about this, the entire program is 6 weeks, that is 42 days!  That's it, 42 days and 6 of those days are rest days.  How hard can that really be!  You can decide to do the program and you will commit to the 42 days and I promise you will succeed!  I think the 4 weeks really goes pretty fast.  I was seeing continuous improvements along the way, so I just kept doing it.  I was also determined to get through every one of those stinky leg lifts without a break before I quit.  At week 4 I literally laid in bed at night and thought I was melting.  I knew at that time, something was obviously working!  I will admit, that last week was tough.  It took all my power to finish it.  I chatted on the message board everyday for support to just go push play.  I think it was tough because by those last days, yes I was a little bored, but also my body was tired.  It was practically screaming for a break.  But, I was determined to Graduate!  I was going to put it in my books as a program that I started and completed and I wanted to see the full results.  It worked, I did it.  I did my 42 days!  That 6 weeks started me into my fitness routine I am at today.  So, 9 months later, I am still pushing play and getting results.  I owe a lot of it to Debbie and her Slim in 6 to have kick started that process.

If you are wondering what program will give you the results you want, I know this one will.  Just do it.  Do not go in thinking I will be bored, go in and think its only 42 days, I can do anything for 42 days!

I want to see your results.  If you want to see others who have completed Slim in 6 and got awesome results, check out my friends!  Just click here.

No more debating about it, just DO IT!

As always, if you have any questions on this program, feel free to email me.
