Alright, so what was I getting too. The reason a mirror is such a great tool for your workout, it helps you check your form! I know that if I am lifting and I can look into the mirror, I can see if I have my chest up or if I tend to lean forward. If I am doing Turbo Jam, I can watch if I am over extending the kicks or locking my elbows on the punches.
There are a lot of benefits to watching yourself in the mirror when you workout. So, if someone asks, are you vain for working out in front of the mirror say - No Way! I'm just making sure I have proper form!
