A little about me. In my normal life, I am a civil engineer who sits behind a desk everyday. I got married to my wonderful husband in 2006. Since meeting him and our many days of eating out and less working out, my weight started to creep up. In August 2007 my girlfriend wanted to get back in shape after her pregnancy. She talked me into running weekly with her. I agreed, and this began my plan to get my body back in shape. I wanted to add some additional workouts to my run, so I pulled out my old Slim in 6 videos. At the same time, I re-found the online message boards at Beachbody where I meet a lot of great people who kept me committed to my fitness goals. I also found a great coach who was there everyday to help me stay on track! Today, I'm still working to sculpt my body and get it into the best shape ever. As I have progressed through my body's transition, I decided to become an Independent Beachbody Coach to help others reach their fitness goals! I realized it was easier then I thought, and I really believe others can change their lives too!

Are you thinking about summer?


Have you thought about what you are going to be doing and wearing this summer?  Are you ready for shorts and t-shirts.  Ok, now what about to put on your swimsuit?

If you answered, OMG, don't let me think about that yet, there's still snow on the ground.  Then I want to know on your day and whisper in your ear.  Now is the time we should be thinking about summer.

If you make a commitment on March 1 to workout for 3 months, then you can have a new body by June 1st.  Just in time to get those swimsuits out.

If you haven't thought about what you are going to do, I would recommend dropping an email to your coach and start asking the questions, what program will work for me?  What program will get me the results I want?  

Right now, I am in love with Chalean Extreme and how it is totally reshaping my body!  I know its getting me those toned arms and butt I so want.  Its a perfect program to whip you in shape by June 1.  And, if you order now, you should have the program in hand for a March 1 start.

Maybe you want a little more variety, then look at P90X!  This is more of a boot camp program that can totally reshape your body in as little as 90 days.  It also comes with a step by step nutritional guidebook to help you meet your goals.

Maybe those 2 programs seem a little 2 extreme for you, well I know Slim in 6, Rapid Results can have you dropping a pants size (or maybe more) in only 6 weeks.  Or, if you are more the high energy kind of person, look at Turbo Jam or Hip Hop Abs.

Ok, so you are short on time- try 10 minute trainer.  Have a little more then 10 minutes, then look into slim series express!

Am, I getting my point across, I know there is a program out there that is right for you no matter what you are looking for.  You can find a program that meets your style, energy level, length of time.  Each program comes with some guidelines to help you change your diet to get the best results.  Oh, yeah, don't forget the free coaching and other online support available to you!  With all of these things right there for you, you have no more excuses not to have that Beachbody by the summer.
