Day 30 Stats: Weight= 130.8 (-5 lbs) Waist = 31" (-1 inch) Hips = 38" (-0.5 inch) Abductors = 23 (-0.5 inch) Right Arm = 11" (-0) Left Arm = 11" (-0.25 inch) Right Thigh = 18.5" (-0.75 inch) Left Thigh = 18.75" (-0.5 inch) Body Fat = 29% (-1%) "I'm extremely thrilled with my results, especially my weight loss because I didn't expect to lose 5 pounds...I was only shooting for 4!"
