A little about me. In my normal life, I am a civil engineer who sits behind a desk everyday. I got married to my wonderful husband in 2006. Since meeting him and our many days of eating out and less working out, my weight started to creep up. In August 2007 my girlfriend wanted to get back in shape after her pregnancy. She talked me into running weekly with her. I agreed, and this began my plan to get my body back in shape. I wanted to add some additional workouts to my run, so I pulled out my old Slim in 6 videos. At the same time, I re-found the online message boards at Beachbody where I meet a lot of great people who kept me committed to my fitness goals. I also found a great coach who was there everyday to help me stay on track! Today, I'm still working to sculpt my body and get it into the best shape ever. As I have progressed through my body's transition, I decided to become an Independent Beachbody Coach to help others reach their fitness goals! I realized it was easier then I thought, and I really believe others can change their lives too!

Million Dollar Body Club


If you are a member of the Beachbody community, why not become a member of the club?
What does the club have to offer you may ask?  A ton of information to help you on your fitness journey.  I'll just point out a few of the topics of information available.
Beachbody -TV
Beachbody TV offers a series called Trainer Tips.    In this area, you can hear Tony or Debbie personally give you some ideas to improve form, get you through your workout, and a lot of other topics.   There is also a section on BB TV about Slim Styles.   Here they talk about fashion and what looks good on your body type.  Ok, you lost all that weight, so not look good in the cloths you buy.  Take a minute to listen to the fashion tips.  One of the other topics on BB-TV is Thin Kitchen.  Not a cook, well just stop by the Thin Kitchen for a few ideas how to make cooking fun and healthy.
Diet and Nutrition
This is my favorite area.  Here you can learn the basic calorie needs required for your height, weight, age and based on what program you are working on.  They will tell you the calories per day to maintain weight and the calories you need to eat to lose weight.  How easy is that.  It gets better, they then have a section where it will print out sample menus for a week.  So, if you are eating a 1600 meal plan, let them plan out all your meals for you.  From breakfast, lunch, dinner and your snacks.  Wait, it gets even easier, they they actually give you a shopping list for everything on that menu!  That now takes all the guess work out of it for you.  They just told you the calories you need and give you a menu, and a shopping list.  
In this area, you can find out your healthy body mass index and what your body fat is?  
Exercise and Fitness
In this section you can find articles about health and fitness.  Some of these articles come from the trainers themselves.  An example of a current article- How to prevent muscle soreness.  There are also more videos on trainer tips specific to each workout.  These trainers are taking time to show the moves or modified moves, or just help you with your workout.
There is so much more.  I couldn't even tell you.  Is it worth it?  I'd say yes.  If you just ordered a product, the Million Dollar Body Club is free for 30 days.  If you are over the 30 day period, its only $39 for 3 months.  I just believe the club is one more tool to help you achieve your goals!
