I'm starting a challenge on October 1st! It's called my New Year's Resolution Challenge. What does that mean? That means we are going to pick a workout rotation that involves working out 6 days a week for 90 days! Your workout can be anything, I'm going to do a mix of P90X, X+ and One on One! Yours maybe Turbo Jam, or a combination of Slim Series, or going to the gym and running? I don't care, as long as you are doing something everyday for the next 90 days! The challenge will end on Jan. 1, 2009. My challenge is set perfectly so that you do not need to make a new years resolution to get back in shape for 2009 because you are going to be well on your way to meeting that goal before the year ends!
