I would bet that by the end of the month, those packed gyms will not be as crowded! Its known that many people join a gym in Jan. and quickly fall into their old habits.

If you are like me, you get a gym membership and then you go and all you do is run on the elliptical machine, that's a great start. I know I was always to intimated to hit the weight room and I never knew what to do. I remember walking around the gym day in and day out, and not one person ever came up to help me! No one showed me proper form, or was their to answer my questions. No one at my gym ever dropped me an email reminding me its time to workout and eat right!
But, if you join me, I promise you will hear from me! I will not let you walk around aimlessly wondering what you need to do! I can also recommend so great programs you can do to help supplement your gym routine! These are programs that can help add cardio and resistance, things you can do at home, on your own time. Some of these programs are only 10 minutes!
