For example, when I run I always stretch! I have learned the hard way that if I do not spend a few minutes stretching my calves, shins,... I get the worst shin splints! Literally it takes a few minutes to warm up and stretch out before I run and a little more after, and bang! No Shin Splints!
Therefore, enjoy the quick video on the importance of stretching. And, don't turn your DVD player off 5 minutes before the end to skip the stretching. Don't do it! You did the whole workout, enjoy those few minutes at the end!
