I really focused on going as low as I could on all the "squats" kind of moves. Aiming to palm the floor while keeping my chest up. I did notice the more tired I got, the worse my form. Meaning, that my chest would go up, my butt was not as low. How did I notice this so I could focus on it for the next move or rep. I can see my reflection in the patio window. This time of year, I guess the darkness outside comes in handy. Makes the patio doors a huge mirror!
The other thing I really focused on during plyo legs was to keep my balance. I figured keeping my balance added a little extra challenge. To my head, I pretended it was working my abs. Does it really, I can only hope. I mean most balance acts work the core right?
I just know that this workout was great! Its not often that I end a move and feel my legs just want to give out from under me because they are worn out! I say, feel the burn and push through the burn. Remember that on the wall squats that last like 4 minutes!
I totally recommend anyone wanting a different workout for Plyo X, try Tony's One on One- Plyo Legs. To learn more or order Plyo Legs, just click here.
